Is this device compatible with Android & iOS?
Do I need any special tools for installation?
The Smart Water Timer comes packaged with everything you need for installation, no additional tools necessary. It does not come with 2 AA Batteries, which are used to power the device.
What size faucet does this work with?
The water timer is compatible with 3/4 inch faucets.
What happens when the sprinklers are set to "on" but the water timer is set to "off"?
If the water timer is set to "off", then the water will be blocked from the faucet and will not flow to the sprinklers.
Can I connect multiple water timers to a single Gateway?
You can connect up to 10 timers to one Linkstyle Multi-Function Smart Gateway . You have the option to name each device individually so you know where exactly it is in your garden or yard.
What happens if the timer disconnects from the internet?
Preset schedules will not work if the device is disconnected from the Internet. You can use the manual button on the front of the timer to manually turn the water on and off.
