A: I wanted to clarify that our subscription plans are specific to the number of cameras and duration of storage you select. Our "7-day Cloud" and "30-day Cloud" plans are intended for use with one camera only. Our "Standard Combo" plan can accommodate up to three cameras, and our "Premium Combo" plan can accommodate up to five cameras.
If you purchase a new camera and your current subscription is only for one camera, you will need to purchase a new subscription plan for that device. However, if your subscription already accommodates the number of cameras you own, you do not need to purchase a new subscription plan.
